Terms of Service for Dreamspoken. Usage terms, user accounts, AI dream interpretations, subscription and payment terms, and legal conditions.

2. Purpose of the Website

  • AI-powered dream interpretation tools

All content and tools are for educational, informational, and self-reflection purposes only.

4. User Accounts

  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Dreamspoken.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data, dream journal entries, and AI interpretations will be permanently removed.

5. User Content

You may create content on the Website, including dream journal entries and requests for AI interpretations ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it to you as part of providing the service. We do not use your User Content for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

Your User Content is private. It is not visible to other users and is not published on the Website.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate applicable laws or the rights of third parties.

You may edit or delete your User Content at any time through your account.

6. AI Dream Interpretation

Dreamspoken offers AI-powered dream interpretation as part of the service. When you use this feature:

  • Your dream description and contextual information are sent to a third-party AI provider for processing
  • The generated interpretation is stored in your account for your future reference
  • No personally identifiable information (such as your name or email) is sent to the AI provider

AI interpretations are subject to usage limits. The current limit is 30 interpretations per 30-day rolling window. These limits may be adjusted at any time.

Important limitations of AI interpretations:

  • AI-generated content is for entertainment and self-reflection only
  • Interpretations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not applicable to your situation
  • AI interpretations do not constitute professional advice of any kind
  • You use AI interpretation features at your own discretion and responsibility

7. Subscription, Pricing, and Payments

Access to certain features of the Website may require a paid subscription. The applicable pricing, billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or otherwise), and included features are displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed through Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. This means that Paddle is the legal seller of record and handles all payment processing, invoicing, sales tax and VAT collection and remittance, fraud prevention, payment disputes, and payment-related customer support. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Use (paddle.com/legal/terms) and Privacy Policy (paddle.com/legal/privacy).

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, Paddle — not Growthpaca GmbH — is the entity that appears on your payment statements and receipts as the seller. Your purchase is legally a transaction with Paddle, who facilitates access to our service on your behalf.

Key terms:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We reserve the right to change pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes, and changes will only apply from the next billing cycle

We may offer free access, free trials, or promotional pricing at our discretion. Free access may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with Dreamspoken.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked.

To request a refund, simply send an email to [email protected] with your account email address. We will process your refund promptly.

Refunds are processed through Paddle as the Merchant of Record.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or restrictions
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Website or its features
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content or data from the Website
  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Abuse, harass, or submit harmful content through any feature of the Website
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
